RP T3/T6 SERIES
CRYOGENIC PISTON PUMPS
The RP series comprises a range of cryogenic piston pumps based on a highly appreciated traditional design.
They have a slightly inclined configuration in relation to the horizontal, proven by more than 30 years of reference in the use for filling vessels with compressed gases such as argon, nitrogen and oxygen. Available in multiple models and variants, with flowrates up to 13 l/min and discharge pressures up to 330 barg, RP T3/ T6 pumps are an attractive solution for the production of compressed gases from their liquid phase.
RP D7.5 SERIES
CRYOGENIC PISTON PUMPS WITH OIL LUBRICATED DRIVE
Thanks to the D7.5 crank drive the RP D7.5 series excellently extends TS CRYO’s RP cryogenic pump range to higher flow rates or discharge pressures.
Available in multiple models and variants, with flowrates up to 75 l/min and discharge pressures up to 420 barg, RP D7.5 pumps are an attractive solution for high-draw and/or ultra-intensive duty applications.
RPS SERIES
PISTON PUMPS FOR CO2 & N2O
The RPS series includes a range of piston pumps specifically for CO2 and N2O. They are based on a popular standard design, with a configuration slightly inclined to the horizontal, proven by over 30 years of reference in the use for filling containers with compressed fluids such as carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide.
Available in different models and variants, with delivery pressures up to 100 bar g, RPS pumps are an attractive solution for carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide filling stations and other applications demanding high pressure CO2 and N2O.

CP SERIES
CRYOGENIC CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
Ideal for transferring cryogenic liquefied gases at flow rates up to 500 l/min and differential heads up to 360 meters, our CP series centrifugal pumps are a robust long-term solution for both stationary and mobile installations, such as tankers or transportable skids.
Standard configuration is equipped with a low noise gearbox and an integrated boost system for low NPSH operation.
Hydraulic drive available as an alternative to electric motor, suitable to run with truck PTO shaft.

DCP SERIES
CRYOGENIC CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
Ideal for transferring cryogenic liquefied gases at flowrates up to 1000 l/min and differential heads up to 70 meters, our DCP series centrifugal pumps are a robust long-term solution for both stationary and mobile installations, such as tankers or transportable skids.
Standard configuration is equipped with a low noise and an integrated boost system for low NPSH operation.
Hydraulic drive available as an alternative to electric motor, suitable to run with truck PTO shaft.

MANUAL & AUTOMATIC FILLING STATIONS FOR COMPRESSED GASES
TS designs and manufactures full turn-key stations for the filling of cylinders, bundles and tube trailers with compressed gases. Gas compression can alternatively be provided by a cryogenic pump followed in series by on ore more vaporizers, or by a gas compressor.
While different configurations of gas management panels and filling ramps are available, depending on the type of gas to be packed and the type of receiving container to be filled.
Both manual and automatic operating modes are available for conducting of the filling process.

S-DCP SERIES
CRYOGENIC SUBMERGED CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
Conceived with special considerations for LNG applications, TS CRYO’s new range of submerged pumps are a great solution also for LAR and LIN.
Debuting with a two-stage model with a 13 kW variable speed submerged motor, this range begins by offering an average flowrate of 360 l/min with a differential head up to 270 m.
The dimensional design allows these pumps to also be housed in third-party manufactured sumps, making them an excellent candidate as retrofit or replacement pumps.
In order to pursue maximum efficiency TS offers in conjunction with such pumps its own super-insulated vacuum sumps.
To be launched on the market in 2024.
