RPNG series

A traditional design with a legacy of reliability and wide appreciation

The RPNG series includes a range of cryogenic piston pumps dedicated to use with liquefied natural gas (LNG).

They have a slightly inclined configuration with respect to the horizontal, proven by more than 30 years of reference in large-scale cryogenic applications.

Available in different models and variants, with delivery pressures of up to 330 barg, the RPNG series cryogenic pumps are a technically and economically excellent solution for LCNG filling stations and high-pressure LNG storage tanks.

MAIN FEATURES

  • Delivery pressures up to 330 barg, with flow rates up to 22 lpm
  • Flow rates up to 74.9 lpm, for versions with a maximum discharge pressure of 50 barg
  • Cold end and gas/liquid separator are both housed in super-insulated vacuum jackets
  • Slight inclination to the horizontal to optimise degassing and prevent cavitation
  • Low NPSP
  • Oil-lubricated crank drive, with further reduced noise and longer maintenance intervals*.
    (*) Compared to configurations with grease-lubricated crank mechanism
