Automatic logic for cryogenic pump control

Integrated and modular solutions for powering and controlling cryogenic pumping units in compliance with requirements prescribed by user manual, Machinery Directive and EIGA guideline no. 159/21. They are equipped with PLC automatic logics providing:

a simple and intuitive user interface to manage cryogenic pump operation, with latest-generation HMI consisting of an industrial touch screen
control of process parameters, through appropriate instrumetation installed on pump skid
a series of automatic checks and procedures to ensure that pump starts and stops safely and efficiently
triggering of emergency alarms, which secure the cryogenic pump and, if electrically connected, the downstream equipment as well
communication with user’s supervisory and/or ERP systems
(with necessary optional extras) remote monitoring

Thanks to their special features, TS Italia’s cryogenic pump switchboards qualify as capital goods complying with the mandatory requirements for ‘Industry 4.0’ eligibility certification.
